Background About MSR Projects

100% owned by Malaysian Solar Resources Sdn Bhd.

Our aim is to generate energy for the future. Solar power remains the most secure source of energy for the future. We set global standards in achieving this goal.

As an international photovoltaic system integrator we develop, plan, build and operate utility-scale, commercial and industrial photovoltaic plants. As an EPC contractor specializing in the design and execution of solar power plants, MSR Projects places special emphasis on the “on-time and on-budget” construction and delivery of solar power plants, optimized to deliver superior output. With subsidiaries on three continents, the company has designed and built some 800 MWp of turnkey systems since its founding.

The focus of MSR Solar’s activities is on its subsidiaries in the high-growth regions in Malaysia. Our subsidiaries on location are well established in their markets and have many years of experience and competence in developing and constructing photovoltaic systems.

How DO WE

Identifying Probable Risks

There are 7 ways to identify probable risks

To ensure no loss of revenue due to delays with efficient project planning

In depth breakdown to avoid taxation shocks

Probable additional cost due to unforeseen circumstances

To avoid issues on land title and local authority clearance

Efficient planning to ensure timely delivery without additional cost

To uphold all labour laws and requirements to avoid legal issues

Approval from local authorities to ensure the project goes smoothly

How DO WE

Identifying Probable Risks

There are 7 ways to identify probable risks

A comprehensive estimation of actual performance of the project

Cost effective, Quality Assurance and Timely Delivery

A comprehensive insight of tax breakdown along with relevant tax exemptions provided by the government

Reduction in risks and mitigation cost with an in-depth project analysis along with contingency planning

Cutting down unnecessary overhead costs with efficient project planning

Quality assurance over the material used to keep plant failure at a minimal level

To optimise cost efficiency using reactive power compensation

Saving in Cost

To ensure the placement of the solar plant with in-depth study of the ground coverage which maximises solar exposure to avoid loss of revenue and less BOS

To minimise the corrosion of panels due to external circumstances (E.g., weather factor) and to ensure a longer lasting product lifecycle of PV plant

Operations & Maintenance

There are 3 types of operations & Maintenance
1
Optimized Cleaning Cycle
Ensure solar panels to be cleaned regularly to maximise energy generation leading to a higher revenue
2
Proper Training
By providing comprehensive training to ground staff, plant downtime and O&M cost can be reduced with a standard operating procedure
3
Module PV Test
Testing on the efficiency of solar panels should be done periodically to ensure all panels are in good working order
